I think I'm a bit late in sharing the art of these amazing women but for those of you who hasn't seen it before its a sight to see. These wall paintings are done by the Meena Tribe who reside in the Aravalli Hills of India. The white paintings on the mud walls are a tradition passed on from generation to generation between the women of the tribe. According to Pratilippi "through these paintings the women record their past and present experiences."
You can buy a book on these women here.
